Why is July 4th very important in the American Calendar? Many or all people in the U.S. celebrate this day for exactly what reason? It is a holiday alright and it also happens to be the American Independence Day. Being a holiday, this day should be spent with people having some time off to recollect and cherish the moment with their respective families. It is an official observance of national significance hence it is being remembered each year with a bang!
It is a pretty sad feeling to be bossed or dictated upon by somebody you do not even know. In case you know him or her, it is not that you are closely related to one another but it is just a matter of them being on top of you and you being below them. Aside from this, it is so tragic whenever you have a small income for yourself and then again, some big shot just get a big percentage from it, the worse is if all will be taken from you.
In this instance, you will utterly seem like a mere puppet with no sense of freedom at all. These are just some of the miserable thoughts and feelings that the American colonists had in the past. It was only until the year 1776 that they started to get angry and devised ways to draft their own set of rules. With taxes continuing to soar to incredible heights and more rigid rules or policies, the people started to revolt against the ruling government.
Under the British regime, the Americans exclaimed that they wished to be a free nation devoid of colonial powers. And the rest was history that marked the American Independence of July 4th.
